Marvel’s Avengers Unlock Characters Guide

All the characters are locked, but once you have unlocked one hero, you can use the hero across all modes (except some exclusive campaign missions). So find how to unlock the hero you want: Ms Marvel, The Hulk, Captain America, Iron Man, Black Widow and also Thor

Marvel’s Avengers Unlock Characters – Ms Marvel

Follow these steps to unlock the character Ms Marvel

1. Play through the story campaign
2. Rescue Jarvis in the story
3. Start the Snowy Tundra campaign mission
4. Once you initiate the mission, you unlock Ms Marvel

Marvel’s Avengers Unlock Characters – The Hulk

Follow these steps to unlock the character The Hulk

1. Start single player campaign
2. Follow the main campaign until you rescue Jarvis
3. Jarvis gives you a mission to head to the Snowy Tundra
4. As soon as you access the Snowy Tundra mission, you unlock Hulk.
5. You can now select Hulk in multiplayer

Marvel’s Avengers Unlock Characters – Iron Man

Follow these steps to unlock the character Iron Man

1. Start the single player campaign
2. Progress through the campaign and complete the “House Call” Campaign Mission
3. Visit the War Table in multiplayer mode to unlock Iron Man as a character

Marvel’s Avengers Unlock Characters – Captain America

Follow these steps to unlock the character Captain America

1. Head into single player from the main menu
2. Continue with the story until you complete the mission Testing…1…2..3
3. Access multiplayer and complete the tutorial
4. Once the HARM room is complete, return to the War Table

Unlock Thor

Follow these steps to unlock the character Thor

1. Begin the single player campaign
2. Progress with the campaign until you reach the Testing…1…2..3 mission mission
3. After you complete the mission, Thor becomes available
4. Go into multiplayer and complete Iron Man’s HARM challenge
5. Return to the War Table
6. You can now select any of the 6 heroes

Unlock Black Widow

Follow these steps to unlock the character Black Widow

1. Launch single player mode
2. Follow the main story until the To Stand Alone campaign mission
3. Once you’re back aboard the ship, follow the objectives to the War Table
4. Access multiplayer and finish Iron Man’s HARM challenge
5. Return to the War Table
6. You can now choose from all 6 heroes
